Girls Play Sports Supporters,

I hope this email finds you and your family safe as we wrap up this holiday season!  Let me first thank you for the generous support you have provided Girls Play Sports in the past.  It is because of donors like you that Girls Play Sports has been able to increase its reach to over 2,000 girls annually in the Evanston and Niles communities.  Whether it’s introducing grade school girls to new sports they’ve never even heard of, strengthening middle school girls confidence or providing hands-on  leadership opportunities to high school female athletes, Girls Play Sports is making a huge impact on the lives of the young women in our community.

As you know, the need for activity and connections has never been greater and Girls Play Sports is not sitting by idly.  In response to this pandemic, GPS created summer sports camps in the parks, dozens of personal training videos from high school athletes for our YouTube channel, operated tournaments for outdoor sports following safety protocols and is currently running a virtual strength challenge for 3^rd through 8^th graders. We are determined to find every way possible to keep our girls active and engaged and we need your help!  Whether its another donation to GPS or just sharing this message and the donation link with your friends, family and community, your support can help one more girl find her way in this world through her involvement in sports.
